Now the Australian winter is upon us, why not try this fresh apple juice tea to warm you up!

I first tried this amazing fresh juice tea at Café Envy in Cotton Tree and have been waiting to DIY some at home! While I can’t claim my version is anywhere near as tasty as the original it is still packed with goodness and some added anti-inflammatory benefits.

The benefits of Ginger, turmeric and lemon are well known.

Ginger assist with- nausea, may reduce aches and pains and is anti-inflammatory

Tumeric aids- inflammation,  antioxidant boosting, assists brain function and may ward off brain disease, lower risk of heart disease, cancer and control arthritis pain.

Lemon is known to- aid digestion, skin health, source of vitamin C and supports hydration.
